By purchasing or using a Nautique TV subscription, you agree to the following Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service

Nautique TV provides an IPTV reseller subscription. We do not store, distribute, or own the content streamed through our service - content is provided by third-party suppliers.

2. Account & Usage

• You must be 18 or older to purchase a subscription.
• Each subscription is licensed for the number of simultaneous screens confirmed with our team for the package you choose.
• Sharing your credentials publicly may result in account suspension without refund.
• Use of the service for commercial broadcasting or public viewing is prohibited.

3. Payment

Website prices are indicative rounded conversions of source SEK offers using ECB reference rates dated 28 September 2026, shown in GBP, USD, or EUR. They are not transaction quotes. The final payable amount, payment method, package duration, and number of simultaneous screens are confirmed through WhatsApp before payment. The packages are 3 months with 1 simultaneous screen, 1 year with 2, and 3 years plus 6 months free (42 months total) with 3. Payment is one-time for the duration purchased, with no recurring billing.

4. Activation & Delivery

Access details and setup instructions are arranged through WhatsApp. One free 5-hour trial is available per customer without payment details; the five hours begin when trial access is activated. Our team will confirm current activation timing when you contact us.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all plans.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Channels and on-demand titles may change without notice as content rights vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
