How To Request a Refund

  3. Briefly tell us what wasn't working - this helps us improve.
  4. We'll process the refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

What's Covered

  • Any subscription plan within the first 30 days of purchase.
  • Service that doesn't perform as advertised after reasonable troubleshooting attempts with our support team.

What's Not Covered

  • Requests made after 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • Issues caused by your local internet connection or third-party hardware that we cannot replicate.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.

Chargebacks

Please contact us on WhatsApp before initiating a chargeback so our team can review the issue and your refund eligibility. This does not affect any rights you have with your payment provider.
