Installation guide

Choose your device and follow one focused set of steps.

Our team shares your access details on WhatsApp. Keep that conversation open while you complete setup.

Smart TV

  1. Open the app store on your Samsung, LG or supported Android TV.
  2. Install the compatible IPTV player named by our team on WhatsApp.
  3. Open the player and choose the Xtream Codes or playlist login option.
  4. Enter the access details shared on WhatsApp, save them and let the channel list load.

Amazon Fire TV

  1. From the Fire TV home screen, install the player named by our team on WhatsApp.
  2. If the player requires Downloader, install Downloader from the Amazon Appstore and follow the exact link shared on WhatsApp.
  3. Open the player and enter your username, password and server URL.
  4. Save the profile and allow the guide and channel list to load.

Android phone, tablet or TV box

  1. Install a compatible IPTV player from Google Play.
  2. Choose “Login with Xtream Codes API” or the login method named on WhatsApp.
  3. Enter the username, password and server URL exactly as supplied.
  4. Sign in and wait for the content library to refresh.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Install a compatible IPTV player from the App Store.
  2. Add a new user and choose the Xtream Codes option where available.
  3. Enter the access details shared on WhatsApp.
  4. Save the profile and choose a channel to test playback.

MAG box

  1. Open the device settings and note the MAC address.
  2. Send that MAC address to Nautique TV support.
  3. Wait for confirmation that the portal has been connected.
  4. Restart the box and allow the channel list to load.

Enigma2

  1. Connect to the receiver using FTP or SSH.
  2. Use the bouquet file and device-specific details supplied by support.
  3. Place the bouquet file in /etc/enigma2/.
  4. Restart Enigma2 and refresh the bouquets.

Windows or Mac

  1. Install VLC or the compatible desktop player named on WhatsApp.
  2. Choose “Open Network Stream” in VLC, or add a new user in your IPTV player.
  3. Enter the supplied M3U URL or Xtream Codes credentials.
  4. Save the profile, let the playlist load and test a channel.
